By accessing or using stayi's AI-powered hotel guest assistance service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

stayi provides AI-powered virtual assistant technology for hotels, including voice-activated guest assistance, smart room controls, automated upselling features, and accessibility enhancements. Our service is provided on a subscription basis to hotel partners.

User Obligations

Users of our service agree to:

• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Provide accurate information when interacting with the service

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of stayi, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and AI models, are the exclusive property of stayi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subscription and Payment

Hotel partners subscribe to stayi on a per-room, per-month basis. Subscription fees are billed monthly. We offer a 14-day free trial for new customers. Cancellation is available at any time without penalty, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Limitation of Liability

stayi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
